Following up their past tour through the United Kingdom, self-produced melodic metal and electronicore band Esprit D’Air planned a new tour. This one is bigger than the previous tours and includes some shows outside the UK. Along with this, Kai, Esprit D’Air’s bandleader, has revealed that more shows will be announced for continental Europe. But for now, a hefty schedule is already in place for later in 2023 and early 2024.

For now, it is certain that Esprit D’Air will head to Hungary, Spain, UK and Ireland. Shows in Hungary and Spain will take place in October, while the rest of the tour dates will kick off in February, with tour finale on 2 March in London. Tickets for all shows have already gone on pre-sale.

European Tour 2023:

Tuesday 10 October, 2023: Dürer Kert – Budapest, Hungary
Tuesday 12 October, 2023: La Nau – Barcelona, Spain

UK & Ireland Tour 2024:

Monday 12 February, 2024: The Old Fire Station – Bournemouth, United Kingdom
Tuesday 13 February, 2024: Exeter Phoenix – Exeter, United Kingdom
Wednesday 14 February, 2024: Thekla – Bristol, United Kingdom
Friday 16 February, 2024: Hangar 18 – Swansea, United Kingdom
Sunday 18 February, 2024: KK’s Steel Mill – Wolverhampton, United Kingdom
Monday 19 February, 2024: Corporation – Sheffield, United Kingdom
Tuesday 20 February, 2024: Manchester Academy 3 – Manchester, United Kingdom
Wednesday 21 February, 2024: O2 Academy2 – Liverpool, United Kingdom
Friday 23 February, 2024: The Grand Social – Dublin, Ireland
Saturday 24 February, 2024: Oh Yeah Music Centre – Belfast, United Kingdom
Monday 26 February, 2024: The Warehouse, Leeds – United Kingdom
Tuesday 27 February, 2024: The Garage – Glasgow, United Kingdom
Wednesday 28 February, 2024: Northumbria University Student Union – Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom
Thursday 29 February, 2024: Rescue Rooms – Nottingham, United Kingdom
Saturday 2 March, 2024: The Garage – London, United Kingdom

The announcement of this tour came soon after the band completed a seven-day tour in the UK that was completely sold out. The band, led by vocalist and guitarist Kai, operates with a completely Do-It-Yourself mentality, meaning everything is done in-house from music creation to booking and promoting shows. And for the upcoming tour in the UK and Ireland, there is a focus on booking shows in locations the band has not been to before for shows.

Before the past tour, we spoke to Kai about the album Oceans, the latest single, crowdfunding campaigns and future plans. This interview can be read here. You can also read a report from one of the shows of the past tour.
