Following up their past tour through the United Kingdom, self-produced melodic metal and electronicore band Esprit D’Air planned a new tour. This one is bigger than the previous tours and includes some shows outside the UK. Along with this, Kai, Esprit D’Air’s bandleader, has revealed that more shows will be announced for continental Europe. The announcement of this tour came soon after the band completed a seven-day tour in the UK that was completely sold out. The band, led by vocalist and guitarist Kai, operates with a completely Do-It-Yourself mentality, meaning everything is done in-house from music creation to booking and promoting shows. And for the upcoming tour in the UK and Ireland, there is a focus on booking shows in locations the band has not been to before for shows.
Before the past tour, we spoke to Kai about the album Oceans, the latest single, crowdfunding campaigns and future plans. This interview can be read here. You can also read a report from one of the shows of the past tour.
