Nobuo Yamada, better known under his artist name NoB, will perform three exclusive concerts during RETRO MIA 2017, on October 7 and 8, and during RETRO MIA NIGHT on October 6.
The Anisong singer was the former lead singer of the band Make-Up, that started in 1983, and made several songs for the anime Saint Seiya, including the first opening song Pegasus Fantasy and the end song Blue Forever. Pegasus Fantasy became a worldwide hit. Nowadays Nobuo Yamada is active in the band DAIDA LAIDA.
Next to the performance of Nobuo Yamada, the band SOUNDWITCH will perform three times as well at RETRO MIA. Another Japanese guest is mangaka, illustrator and scenario writer Yoshitoshi ABe, better known from the cult anime series Serial Experiments Lain, but also NIEA_7 and Haibane Renmei. He will have a signing session on Saturday and Sunday. Also, Sumiko Tanaka and Michiko Makina, known from BIOMAN, which was broadcasted on the French television at the end of the 80s, will attend as guests of RETRO MIA. The series can be compared to Super Sentai or Power Rangers. Both will have signing sessions on Saturday and Sunday.

RETRO MIA takes place at Namur Expo in Belgium. It is opened on Saturday and Sunday from 10.00 till 18.00. The RETRO MIA NIGHT starts at 19.00 till midnight.
