Earlier this month, Centimillimental was seen in Hungary performing at Mondocon, but in June, the singer-songwriter will return to Europe for a short tour consisting of five shows. Titled ribbon, the European tour will take the solo musician through the United Kingdom, Poland, Germany, and Spain.
Originally started as a four-piece band in 2012, Centimillimental has been the solo project of vocalist and guitarist Atsushi since 2015. Besides composing, writing and arranging music, he is also a multi-instrumentalist and plays the piano in addition to the guitar.
In 2019, he produced a theme song for an anime series for the first time, namely Given. In the years that followed, he stayed connected to the anime through multiple theme songs, as well as contributions to lyrics and compositions. He also contributed music for other anime series, namely Bakuten!!! and Nag. In 2021, he released his first full-length album, titled やさしい刃物 (Yasashii hamono).
This past March and April, Centimillimental toured Asia for the first time, with shows in Taipei, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Indonesia, Thailand, and Hong Kong. The European tour in June seems a logical next step for the music act.
