In October, three visual kei musicians, Seth (Moi dix Mois), Kouki (D=OUT) and Tsukasa (THE MICRO HEAD 4N’S), will be coming to London for an exclusive performance and fan meeting organised by Visual-kei Night Events.
Kouki was in Paris last October for a special performance during Visual-kei Night, but this October he will be joined by two other well-known musicians from the visual kei scene for two special evenings, during which enka unit Sakura Zensen will perform outside Japan for the first time.
The fan meeting with Seth, Kouki and Tsukasa will take place on 10 October at Rhum Tavern and offers the chance to meet the trio and play a mini-game with them. The event will include a drink, a chance to win a prize, a photo card, an autograph session and the opportunity to purchase a 2-shot (a selfie with one of the musicians). More information can be found here.
The three musicians’ performance will take place a day later, on 11 October, at Colours Hoxton, and will consist of two parts: the trio will perform as a visual kei act, with Seth and Kouki on vocals and Tsukasa on drums, as well as performing as the enka unit Sakura Zensen. With this project, they combine visual aesthetics with the traditional spirit of enka and have produced two number one singles in the Japanese enka/kayou charts. As Visual-kei Mavericks, the trio will perform classics from their own bands, but you can also expect a number of visual kei covers. It is a special occasion, as this is the first time these three musicians have performed together outside Japan. Standard and VIP upgrades are available for this event. More information can be found here.
