After the European festival tour just a few months ago, fans of the energetic idol metal machine BABYMETAL can look forward to their return as they have just announced a full arena tour in Europe. The band will perform in 12 cities in 8 countries across the European continent in May 2025, starting in Belgium on the 10th of May.
BABYMETAL will also perform at the Ziggo Dome in the Netherlands and several shows planned are in Germany and two in Spain. The tour finale of BABYMETAL’s biggest-ever European headline tour will be in the United Kingdom, in London’s The O2 Arena.
During the arena tour in Europe, BABYMETAL will give the stage to two special guests, American singer Poppy, who earned recognition for her surreal performance art videos on YouTube but also her various sound and image changes, and Irish singer-songwriter Bambie Thug, who was one of the Eurovision contestants this year with their ouija-pop song Doomsday Blue.
Currently touring South America, BABYMETAL will follow this up with an extensive tour in North America in November and December, including a special performance in Mexico as a special guest during Slipknot’s headlining show. In addition to their upcoming European tour in May, BABYMETAL will also perform at Knotfest Australia, scheduled for March in Melbourne, Brisbane, and Sydney.
