They have already completed a European tour this year, last February, but it has been revealed that Violent Magic Orchestra (VMO) will return for a second European tour in 2023 next October. This time the tour has been named Death Rave Eve, DEATH RAVE being the title of their new album. Before the tour in February, the group did not get the chance to tour Europe for more than three years, so it seems they are making up for these lost years.

The group manages to merge overwhelming electronica-induced black metal and noise with an interesting live show featuring strobes, disturbing visuals and live dancers. Violent Magic Orchestra started in collaboration with ex-Yellow Swans Pete Swanson and French composer Paul Régumbeau, aka Mondkopf, as well as some band members of Vampillia, a ‘Brutal Orchestra’ that has toured Europe before.

Today, it is a collaboration between Vampilia and visual artist Kezzardrix and has collaborated with musicians like Chip King (THE BODY) and Attila Csihar (SUNN O)))), MAYHEM) for their first album Catastrophic Anonymous. The group has already completed several European tours and performed at festivals such as Roadburn Festival, Brutal Assault, Incubate Festival, and Le Guess Who?, to name a few.

A couple of the members of SIGH (in total there are three people in the photo), including founder Mirai Kawashima (dressed in black) and Dr. Mikannibal (dressed in traditional clothing but edited it in wearing it off the shoulders and with a bloody face), standing next to each other, two of the are holding swords while all are looking into the direction of the photographer. Behind them is a big tapestry or mural with the album cover of "Shiki".

Text of "Bandcamp Friday" and "Suggestions October 2023" on top of a radio, edited in a way that there was a glitch. The result is that there are more radio's in the image. With added filters it is made colourful with the added colours of red, blue and green and mixes of that.

The members of Otoboke Beaver (おとぼけビ~バ~) are dressed in colourful clothing, orange, pink, green and blue, every band member has a different coloured dress. They are lying on the floor while looking at the camera. There are effects added to the photo where it looks like it is ripped and it gives an collage effect. A different version of the photo is used for their album "SUPER CHAMPON". Photo by Takeaki Emori
