After uploading their whole discography on YouTube for a certain period and a collaboration with creators to produce official (music) videos, psychedelic rockers Acid Mothers Temple & The Melting Paraiso UFO announced a couple of no-audience live streams. The live broadcasts will be free to watch, but if you want to support the band and the venues, it is possible to drop a donation.

On Tuesday 4th of August, they will perform a folky set with the title Chaotic Cosmic Chanson at Musica Japonica in Osaka. The collective insists that it will be not an unplugged or acoustic set and quite loud. The show will be shown on the YouTube channel of Japonica, starting at 19.00 Japanese time. That will be at 12.00 PM in The Netherlands and 11.00 AM in The United Kingdom. For the United States, it will be in the early morning.

On the 6th of August, the collective will perform a 3-hour full set at Club Goodman in Tokyo on their YouTube channel. The show will also start on 19.00 Japanese time, 12.00 PM in The Netherlands, 11.00 AM in The United Kingdom and the early morning in the United States. Acid Mothers Temple & The Melting Paraiso UFO have performed at this venue many times, but due to the impact of COVID-19, the club will close on 16th of August. Club Goodman will host a broadcast series of live concerts without an audience in the venue in the weeks leading up to its closure. Acid Mothers Temple will play the final show at Club Goodman as part of this series. For anyone who donates will receive a special Acid Mothers Temple wallpaper for their cellphone.

The performances will be archived on YouTube for a week, so if you aren’t able to watch the stream(s) at that time, you can watch it back. If you want to get an idea of what to expect from this psychedelic collective, you can watch on the YouTube channel of Acid Mothers Temple to see a nice collection of live videos and music videos. The latest video on their channel is a live video of their performance in Copenhagen in 2019.
