Symphonic power metal band Scarlet Valse recently published a music video, or better said one music video, with the title ONE. The song is released on 29 June as a limited single and can be purchased on the webshop of label Starwave Records or at the upcoming shows of Scarlet Valse.

The song is a ballad, a ballad can be known for being strong and fragile at the same time, due to the emotion that is poured in it. For those who might not be attracted by a ballad from a metal band, might be interested in some details about this one song, the music clip and the band.

In the music video of ONE, the gentlemen of Scarlet Valse (スカーレットバルス) are located in a bedroom. Most of the members are sitting down for the video, while singer Kakeru poses near the window or standing in front of the band, as expected from a front man. In between you see the band members laughing, having fun, posing for a photo session, being silly making the music video lighter and showing their fans a bit of the band behind the scenes. The song is meant as a source of comfort for those who are in a difficult situation. A nice gesture of the Visual Kei band.

This song features a chorus of 26 guest artists from several Visual Kei bands: I (the Reveude), Rui Alicegawa (Mikansei Alice), An (Mikansei Alice), Iori (Magistina Saga), Jesk (Veritas), Caya (BlacK TeaR), -kakeru- (LIVERECHT), Kyohei (Neograph), Kei (gout.), KEN (Shikisai), KOHEI SATO (Alma ga shinda), -satsuki- (LIVERECHT), Saya (Labaiser), Jaki, Sow (HOLLOW SHADE), 70. (XANVALA), Hamabe Dai, Hayate (Neograph), Benjo Taro, MARTHA (SIRENE), Airo Maeda (UNDER FALL JUSTICE), MBJ (ASHURA), Mo∀ (BlacK TeaR), YUITO (Sclaim), Yuraki (project Coda), and -remu- (LIVERECHT).

Earlier this year, Scarlet Valse got confirmed as the main act for the 2020 edition of Swiss event Aki no Matsuri. The performance will mean the first performance outside Japan for the Visual Kei symphonic metal band. The event is planned to take place in December, if all goes well, referring to the current ongoing situation. The Visual Kei band has been active through online activities since the music world came to a standstill due to the current ongoing situation around COVID-19.
