Hibushibire to tour United Kingdom for Turn On, Tune In. Freak Out!

To promote their newest release, Turn On, Tune In. Freak Out!, the psychedelic rock band Hibushibire (秘部痺れ) from Osaka, will return to the United Kingdom for a tour in May. The last time this band toured the United Kingdom was in April 2018. The tour consists of 9 dates, ending up at Raw Power Festival, where KUUNATIC also will perform. On the starting date of the tour, 15 May, the band KUUNATIC will be a special guest of the live show. The album Turn On, Tune In. Freak Out! will be released through Riot Season Records on 10 May.

The tour dates are as follows:

Wednesday 15 May: The Sunflower Lounge – Birmingham, United Kingdom
Thursday 16 May: Focus Wales 2019 @ The Parish – Wrexham, United Kingdom
Friday 17 May: JT Soar – Nottingham, United Kingdom
Saturday 18 May: Henry’s Cellar Bar – Edinburgh, United Kingdom
Sunday 19 May: Nice N Sleazy – Glasgow, United Kingdom
Tuesday 21 May: Trillians Rock Bar – Newcastle, United Kingdom
Wednesday 22 May: The Lanes – Bristol, United Kingdom
Friday 24 May: The Star & Garter – Manchester, United Kingdom
Saturday 25 May: Raw Power Festival 2019 @ The Dome, Tufnell Park – London, United Kingdom

Hibushibire was formed by guitarist Chang Chang and bassist 821 as an improvisation jam rock band in 2012, and the line-up had the present member in 2015 via several times of member change. Now the rock band consists of guitarist and vocalist Chang Chang, bassist and vocalist 821 and drummer Ryu Matsumoto. In 2017 the band released their album Freak Out Orgasm!, their first studio album. The large portion of the Hibushibire’s musicality is influenced by Acid Mothers Temple, 60’s Hard rock, 70’s Progressive rock and additionally various psychedelic music. Hibushibire is an old porno slang in the Japanese language, which meaning is freak out orgasm.
