After a successful tour in Latin America under the slogan Miku Around The World, Miku, the vocalist of oshare kei band An Cafe, will head to Europe for a short solo tour in the United Kingdom, France and Spain. The tour kicks off in London on Wednesday 26 February, continuing in Paris on Friday 28 February and ending in Murcia on Saturday 1 March.
The three concerts in Latin America were completely sold out, and it will be interesting to see how European audiences will react to this series of performances. The vocalist created a video message to warm the fans up for the upcoming shows.
Miku is best known as the frontman of An Cafe, a colourful band with the concept of Harajuku Dance Rock. Although the band is currently partially active after several breaks of several years, they occasionally take to the stage. Recently, the band celebrated their 20th anniversary with a number of performances and An Cafe has several shows scheduled this year. During An Cafe’s first break, Miku started the band Lc5 in which he could show his more melancholic side.
