Alternative metal band Head Phones President will perform at Spain’s Rock Imperium Festival, set to take place from 26 to 29 June 2025 in Cartagena, a port city in south-eastern Spain.

Active for almost 25 years with frontwoman Anza singing her innermost thoughts full of emotion backed by heavy instrumentals, the four-piece alternative metal band proves that their passion and energy are as strong as ever and that quitting is far from out of the question. Earlier this year, the alternative metal band released their first album in five years, In the Abyss. Since the band first performed outside Japan in 2002, they have created a strong international presence, especially in Europe, Asia and North America.

It is unknown whether it will remain with this performance at the Spanish music festival or if the band will head further into Europe for a tour. Meanwhile, it has been announced that they will be appearing at the Brazilian music festival SANA in January, indicating that there are indeed several international shows planned for Head Phones President in 2025. We will have to wait and see what else the four-piece has planned for 2025.

A group photo of the band Iscream Never Ground posing in front of a colourful backdrop, created by graffiti. All members are dressed in the same way, same dark shirt with paint splatter motive, but they are wearing a different colour pants and shoes. Those pants and shoes are in the same colour for each member, perhaps used as a member colour. The members stand in a row and strike a pose as if they are making an exaggerated walking motion: one leg is raised and the other is on the ground, one arm is balled into a fist and held close to their face, whilst the other arm, also with a clenched fist, is positioned behind them, with their elbows bent. © アイスクリームネバーグラウンド - Iscream Never Ground
