After a busy European tour this year’s spring, summer and start of autumn, singer-songwriter MION has announced the last shows for 2023 before she will travel back to Japan for a winter tour in her home country. The European tour in November and December consists of shows in France and Poland, in cities where the musician has not performed before. What the plans are for MION in 2024 has not yet been announced, for that we will have to wait a little bit longer.

Last year, the singer-songwriter focused on shows in the UK as she currently lives there and for 2023, her plans were to go further into Europe, which can now be seen as successful, thanks to the many shows the musician has done. All together, MION would have had around 50 shows in Europe this year, after completing the performances in November and December. The singer-songwriter has been active for more than 10 years and has released more than 10 solo singles, including the hit single Summer Magic, which reached No. 1 on the Oricon Singles Charts. Besides her various shows in home country Japan and the UK, where she has been operating from since 2022, the pop-rock musician has also made appearances in South Korea, Canada, and France. With her extensive touring in 2023, the musician may add many more European countries. MION’s current objectives are to improve as a singer-songwriter and aid in spreading Japanese culture outside of Japan. She also wants to serve as a link between Japanese and European artists.
