As we know, psych-rockers Bo Ningen are based in London and it is natural to have several shows in the UK and Ireland (as they did last summer), but this month, October, they will finally tour a number of other countries in Europe.

After announcing these shows, scheduled to take place in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and France, some adjustments eventually had to be made. Among others, Red Forest Festival in Dortmund and Berlin were on the tour schedule, but these two dates seem to have been moved to April 2023. In addition, some shows in Belgium have been rescheduled. Anyway, these are the tour dates.

Thursday, October 20, 2022: Trefpunt – Ghent, Belgium
Friday 21 October, 2022: Le Café Central – Brussels, Belgium*
Saturday 22 October, 2022: Left Of The Dial Festival – Rotterdam, Netherlands
Sunday, October 23, 2022: Haldern Pop Bar – Haldern, Germany *
Tuesday 25 October, 2022: La Malterie – Lille, France
Wednesday, October 26, 2022: Point FMR – Paris, France
Friday 28 October, 2022: Red Forest Festival – Dortmund, Germany (postponed to 2023)
Saturday 29 October, 2022: Red Forest Festival – Berlin – Germany (postponed to 2023)

* Free admission

Bo Ningen are a Japanese four-piece alternative rock band consisting of Taigen Kawabe (bass/vocals), Yuki Tsujii (guitar), Kohhei Matsuda (guitar) and Monchan Monna (drums). Though they come from Gumma, Tajimi, Nishinomiya, and Tokyo in Japan, they coalesced in London. The band started in 2006, and has toured the United Kingdom, is currently based there, and the rest of Europe and Japan. But also did various festival appearances around the world such as at Yoko Ono’s Meltdown Festival, Glastonbury, Coachella, Fuji Rock, Summer Sonic, SXSW, Primavera, The Great Escape and many more.

To date, they have four albums to their name. In June 2020, they released their first new album in six years, titled Sudden Fictions.
