After several international appearances at conventions and events, the rap/pop duo FEMM will hit the road this summer as headliners of a European tour for the very first time. Coincidentally, this is the first time that FEMM will be touring overseas.
Tour dates are not announced yet, but it is known that it will take place in the month of July and be organised by Orion Live in cooperation with Ran Touring. All information regarding the dates, ticket details, including the VIP packages will be released soon.
Supporting FEMM on all dates will be pop singer MIKUROMIKA, also touring Europe for the first time. She recently released her debut album, MIKUROPOP via Setsuzoku Records. In February 2022, MIKA released a new three-track EP with the lead single Ocean. Continuing to make waves, MIKUROMIKA is planning a new single as she hits the road in 2022.
In celebration of the tour, JPU Records will be releasing the group’s latest two albums Tokyo Girls Anthem and Tokyo Ex Machina on CD for the first time! The physical releases will be available ahead of the tour. FEMM’s previous releases will also be reissued on CD due to popular demand.
The mannequin duo is best known for their girls’ anthem Fxxk Boyz Get Money which earned them a big fanbase outside Japan, such as Europe. Their first album Femm-Isation charted on Billboard Chart’s “World Albums” in the United States, as well as winning a nomination for HMV’s “Best Indies Album” across England.
