From the first special online live show of 20 December last year, NOCTURNAL BLOODLUST released a video of one of the songs performed. The track, Life is Once, was used as the comeback of the extreme metal band.
With various changes of band members in a short period of time, which caused a bit of a crisis in which the band retreated completely in terms of activities and after three releases from June 2020, with Life is Once, ONLY HUMAN and Reviver, it was finally time for the band to fully present the new beginning of NOCTURNAL BLOODLUST in October. The various setbacks have strengthened both physically and mentally, the five-piece shared on their official website.
On the 16th of December, they have released a mini-album, titled The Wasteland, with six new tracks, to put a clear mark on the comeback. The online live show was the cherry on top in which the band showed their recent progress with the new band line-up.
The next steps of the band have been announced as well, NOCTURNAL BLOODLUST will do their first performance in front of an audience in more than two years on 23 February at Shibuya Veats. On this day, they will perform twice, an afternoon and evening show. Hopefully they are able to return soon to European grounds for performances.
