Musician Kanon Wakeshima will come to Belgium for an intimate and exclusive concert on Tuesday 25 August 2020. The performance will take place at Elberg Hotel in Mouscron. The sitting concert will be free of charge, but you have to reserve a table through the hotel itself through Facebook Messenger.
According to label and tour organiser HIGHFeeL, there will be another performance announced soon. This performance will take place in Poland. HIGHFeeL also shared the warning that the concert in Belgium will follow the measures that are connected with the ongoing situation around COVID-19. Kanon Wakeshima has a myriad of titles to her name: singer and songwriter, cellist, illustration artist, composer and costume designer. Growing up with classical music, Wakeshima started to play the cello when she was only three years old. In 2008, she had her major debut and caught the attention worldwide due to her themed appearance in gothic/classic lolita clothing. She toured the world, performing at several conventions, did a tour in Europe in 2011 and started to create theme songs for anime series and video games. Her latest releases are the EP, titled odd sting & intrigue in 2019 and a concept single, titled poolside, released in July of this year. Currently, Kanon Wakeshima lives in the United Kingdom, has had performances over there and wants to try to perform in other European countries as well.
