After a few successful tours worldwide, it has been announced that the electronic rock band THE SIXTH LIE will come back to Europe for a show at Japan Expo Paris 2019. The band performed at the same Japanese culture festival last year. This year, during the 20th anniversary of Japan Expo Paris, the band will perform on Thursday and Friday on the Karasu stage.
Since 2016, THE SIXTH LIE have been working hard to make their name known worldwide and they are keeping busy. After the song Hibana was the ending theme for the anime series Golden Kamui, the band was asked to work on the opening theme for A Certain Scientific Accelerator, a spin-off of the popular animation series A Certain Magical Index. The band currently consists of vocalist Arata, guitarist Reiji, bassist Ryusei and drummer Ray.
During Japan Expo Paris 2019 the festival will celebrate their 20th anniversary from 4th of July until the 7th. Visitors can expect a 4-day festival full of shows, meetings, activities and games, all related to Japan. Japan Expo Paris is a very big festival with hundreds of guests, more than 680 events, and dozens of participants and exhibitors. Japan Expo Paris 2019 will take place at the Paris-Nord Villepinte Exhibition Center.
