Pop-pink trio Shonen Knife just finished their European tour, but will return next month for a United Kingdom tour to celebrate and promote their newest release. The tour consists of 11 shows.
The trio just released their 19th studio album, titled Sweet Candy Power, filled with only new tracks, with the song I Feel Dizzy as their promotional music video for the album. The album is a homage to the favourite rock music from the 1960’s and 1970’s of frontwoman Naoko.
Active for more than 3 decades long, Shonen Knife have been touring around the world several times and can be seen as the darling of all the Japanese bands who tours the world from time to time. The music the trio makes can be best described as bubblegum punk.
