Fujiya – Strawberry Party Chocolate: Peko × Sanrio Characters

These adorably packaged pink and brown chocolates are a collaboration between Sanrio and Peko. The characters included clearly reflect this, as the package contains chocolates of Peko Chan, Hello Kitty, My Melody, Pom Pom Purin, Little Twin Stars, Kero Kero Keroppi and more.
Although the packaging and title of the product focusses on the strawberry flavour of the product, I mainly tasted the milk chocolate bottom layer. It overpowered the strawberry chocolate. If you try the strawberry chocolate on its own the flavour still isn’t very strong, there is a faint hint of strawberry flavour to it but it’s definitely not very strong.
Overall I loved the way the product looked, both the packaging and the individual chocolates were adorable. The flavour was mainly milk chocolate, but it was creamy and definitely tasty. I would’ve liked to have noticed the strawberry flavour more, but even without it this product had a nice flavour.
