Esprit D’Air announced a new single on 31 August and it will be a cover, the first cover for the electronic rock/metal band. The song is titled Serafine and was originally released by heavy metal band Dead End on their 1989 album, Zero, making the song almost 30 years old. Serafine is recorded, mixed, and mastered by lead singer and guitarist, Kai, who has this to say about the cover:
“I recorded this cover simply because I love this song. Morrie is a beautiful lyricist in both Dead End and his solo work, and Dead End’s song Serafine really resonates with me on a personal level. The artwork itself was inspired by a verse line in the song.”
Esprit D’Air posted a teaser on their social media platforms.
