HER NAME IN BLOOD is like a phoenix resurrected from its own ashes after a brief absence from December with the new music video From The Ashes.
A dark cave, fire effects, angry yelling from singer Ikepy, rugged guitars and banging on the drum set. In three minutes the band shows that three minutes is actually too short and leaves the listener with the feeling that they want more. The addition of the melodic guitar makes the track catchier so it easily hangs in the head. HER NAME IN BLOOD started a new chapter with From The Ashes and that promises something for the future.
The band had to say goodbye to drummer UMEBO shortly after the European tour after he was arrested for drug possession. This meant the dismissal for the musician. As a result, the band has shut down everything and canceled shows to put everything together and returned late March to announce a tour, titled Resurrection Tour, and an EP: From The Ashes. The release is scheduled for May 17th.
HER NAME IN BLOOD switched from Triple Vision Entertainment to Warner Music Japan in 2015 and came with the first major release last September, the album BAKEMONO. This EP is the first release with the new drummer MAKI.
