Smaakpapillentest: Nogmaals de Ramen Burger van Lotteria
Share on FacebookShare on TwitterShare on RedditShare on Tumblr

A while ago you could read my palate test of the Ramen Burger from the fast food chain Lotteria. Seeing as Lotteria, again, started selling the Ramen Burgers I decided to test them again. Do they taste better now?

I was in the city Osaka on Wednesday the 28th of May. I stumbled upon an establishment from Lotteria and bought a set there, existing of a Ramen Burger and Ramen soup. I could choose from three versions: 1 disk for ¥ 650, 2 disks for ¥ 700, and 3 disks for ¥ 750. After a short time of thinking, I decided to go with two disks.

Ramen Burger 2014

Time to eat!  いただきます!

Here you see the Ramen Burger and the soup up close. Time for a taste and to dip it in!

The question now is: how does it taste? The ramen is lightly fried. I thought that the taste of the Ramen Burger was very interesting. Within the soup you could find Chinese bamboo shoots. Chinese bamboo shoots can be find in many ramen soup. The name for this is menma. The soup is different from the last time, which is positive. I find this soup to be more tasty.

My conclusion for this time: might I visit Lotteria again, I will buy another set!
