Following their confirmation for Primavera Sound Barcelona, pop duo YOASOBI announced their first European headline show at London’s OVO Arena Wembley, set to take place just days after their performance in Spain. The performance at Primavera Sound Barcelona will be on the 6th of June, followed by their solo show in the United Kingdom, days later on the 8th and 9th of June.

Just last week, it was announced that YOASOBI will be performing with idol group ATARASHII GAKKO! and singer Ado for the live event Matsuri ’25: Japanese Music Experience in Los Angeles. They have performed before in the United States, selling out shows in Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, and Boston. While it remains to be seen whether more European shows will be added, the duo is currently in the midst of their largest arena tour in Asia.

For now, it is important to know that pre-sale tickets for the show in London will go on sale on Wednesday 5 February, while the general tickets will go on sale on Friday 7 February.

Comprised of producer Ayase and vocalist Ikura, YOASOBI gained significant international recognition in 2023 with the release of the song アイドル (Idol), the opening theme for the first season of the anime series 推しの子 (Oshi no Ko), which held the #1 position on the Billboard Japan Hot 100 for 22 consecutive weeks. The start of YOASOBI was in 2019, where they directly attracted the attention with their first song 夜に駆ける (Yoru ni Kakeru). After that, the rest was history.

Edit on 11 February: After selling out the first headlining show in London, YOASOBI announced an additional show at OVO Arena Wembley on 9th of June.
