It has been several years since the legendary pop punk band Shonen Knife toured Europe, but now it is clear when the three ladies will return. It is going to be a very extensive tour, as the Have a Knife Day Tour is scheduled for months of April, May and June.

The European tour was announced in three parts, first the tour dates in the United Kingdom were announced, then the band shared the dates of the Scandinavian part of the tour before finally sharing the rest of the European tour, announcing that more shows are coming. For that, keep an eye on Shonen Knife’s website and social media.

Formed in December 1981 in Osaka, Shonen Knife can be considered the darling of all Japanese bands that travel the world from time to time for performances. Not only that, Shonen Knife was one of the favourite bands of Nirvana’s Kurt Cobain after he attended a live performance by them in Los Angeles in 1991. The music made by Shonen Knife is best described as bubblegum punk that is sure to bring you good vibes. The pop punk trio has revealed that on their upcoming European tour they will be performing the classics, as well as early cute songs and brand=new tracks from their most recent album Our Best Place.

A cropped version of a photo of Shuya Onuki as KAMIKAMIKAMI, but edited in a way that it shows an eerie and mysterious moment. The photo consists of a bright light source, most probably the sun, and the musician who seemed to have taken the photo in a window. The editing is done by Floor Toppets @/fl00r99 on Instagram, and shows blurring and filters, making it an abstract photo.
