Product Review: Heart – Kirby Chocolate

Photographs by MuchMunchies

Heart – Kirby Chocolate – Simple
Price: ± €7
Extra supplies: Microwave*, Mug, Spoon, Scissors and Plate. Optional: Toothpick.
*Instead you could melt the chocolate au bain-marie.

Kirby is a well-known character, known for its games by Nintendo. This adorable pink hero can now be made into a chocolate lolly pop, with the help of this candy kit from Heart. There are four moulds available, each with Kirby in a different pose and two small other chocolates. In the package you’ll find a mould, a lollypop stick and pink chocolate.

Flavour: ♥♥
While I definitely enjoyed the creamy white chocolate flavour, I did expect a stronger strawberry flavour in it. There was a very faint artificial strawberry flavour to it, but it was hard to detect. Still definitely a tasty treat.

Time needed: ⧗
Melting the chocolate and placing it in the mould takes almost no time at all, only waiting for it to set takes a bit of time.

Difficulty level: ★
There are very few steps to this kit and all of them are easy.

Similarity: 📷📷📷
As you can see on the pictures below, the final product looks pretty similar to the picture on the packaging. The pink on the packaging is a little brighter, but the colour of the chocolates fits well with Kirby.

Want to enjoy this kit again?

Clean the mould with warm water, after using it, and let it air dry.

You can refill the mould with chocolate, but you could also put soft candy or fondant in it.

This is not a sponsored review and because of this we won’t mention where this set was bought, search online using the name of this candy kit and you should be able to find it.

Apart from the addition of the band logo and the song title placed, the background is completely black. In the centre of the image, two robotic hands are shown and in the middle of these hands a coin with an eye on it is placed. This is surrounded by a sort of halo and green smoke.

This is a digital painting of the avatar of Vocaloid producer and songwriter Kikuo with colourful and flowing long hair and two red horns. The painting shows Kikuo in a movement where he moves his arms, making it look that he has several arms. The avatar seems to be mysterious with a quiet but expressive look. This painting has been used for the Kikuo World Tour 2024 – 2025 “Kikuoland-Go-Round” promotion.
