It’s about to happen at last, steampunk power metal band FATE GEAR scheduled a European tour for this upcoming summer after they had to postpone it last year. The upcoming tour was announced in December by ‘Captain’ Mina on social media where she also immediately shared the dates.

It immediately became clear that the five-piece metal band will only visit a few countries and will have several shows in the Netherlands. The tour will start and end in Germany, where the quintet will complete their third European tour with two shows at Anime Messe in Potsdam. A total of six shows are planned in Germany. Furthermore, FATE GEAR will play one show in the United Kingdom.

If you purchased tickets for last year’s postponed shows in Rotterdam (Baroeg), Wolfsburg (Hallenbad) London (Underworld), the tickets are still valid. The London show will not take place at Underworld this time but at Boston Music Room, but tickets purchased for the London show last year will therefore remain valid. Besides regular tickets, for all shows there is an option to buy a VIP ticket where you can enter the venue earlier, meet the band members and take a photo with them, buy exclusive merchandise sold by the band members, receive autographs on the merchandise you buy on that night and a signed poster.

In early 2022, the power metal band announced they would return to Europe for a tour to promote their single Battle Against Justice. This European tour eventually fell through, but it was announced that the band would definitely return in 2023. In the meantime, FATE GEAR released a follow-up to their EP Killers In The Sky, which received the title Killers in the Sky Part 2. For this release, they have collaborated with three vocalists: NANA, Ibuki and Sera Amagi.

The musicians who will tour in Europe with ‘Captain’ Mina (on guitar) are vocalist NANA (THEO NOVA, GUNGIRE) who has previously participated in a European tour with FATE GEAR, Kurosaki on keyboard, Erika (Pinkish Crown) on bass guitar and Haruka on drums.
