Finally, Guitar Wolf will be presenting the 2021 edition of Shimane Jett Festival 2021, planned to be held on Saturday, 9th of October, 2021. Unfortunately, due to the situation around the coronavirus, it has been decided that the festival will be held without an audience. However, the festival will get delivered online to the audience and will be free to watch. This means that the festival can be enjoyed worldwide again, like last year. Many well-known artists who have close ties with Guitar Wolf will gather in Izumo. Izumo is the hometown of Japanese mythology.

The organiser behind this festival, Seiji of Guitar Wolf, shared a message: “I want to Jett spirits for everyone’s heart depending on the situation of coronavirus. I want to believe in the power of music! Believing in what Guitar Wolf has done, I want to brighten up Japan from Shimane with rock and roll! Please support everyone!”

The Shimane Jett Festival is created by the rock star Guitar Wolf Seiji who grew up in Shimane Prefecture. It is a festival where local communities, friends and artists come together to create. It’s a festival that brings together everyone from loved ones, precious friends and children to local grandfathers and grandmothers. Above all, this Shimane Jett Festival is full of new encounters.

Where to watch this live broadcasting? This year, the band has chosen not to stream via YouTube, but via the platform LIVE MINE. You do have to register before you can watch the live broadcast.
