The eighth edition of the Dutch multidisciplinary underground festival Grauzone will take place later in May, on the 21st and 22nd, and will take place online. The organisation just announced the last names.
The online edition consists of more than 30 performances and interviews that have been recorded especially for the Grauzone festival. In addition, previously unpublished archive material with performances and interviews with The Fall, The Damned, Chris & Cosey, Linea Aspera, Cold Cave, Iceage and more will be shown. See the poster to see who else will join the online edition of Grauzone Festival 2021.
Notable in the line-up are the names Tomo, Go & Kohei from the bands Kikagaku Moyo and Bo Ningen. The trio joined forces to create a Japanese psychedelic project band and will play a unique set specially composed for Grauzone. The songs they have written for this Grauzone show will be the first (and maybe the only) time to be played. Definitely something not to be missed.
The festival can be watched free of charge and Grauzone offers the possibility to support the festival by means of a pay what you want, through the website of Grauzone and pop venue Paard in The Hague. Grauzone was one of the few festivals that could take place in 2020, in February, at several venues in the city of The Hague, now the situation is different and the festival is going to rock online.
