The details of the substitute shows for LUNA SEA -RELOAD- at Saitama Super Arena are announced by the rock band LUNA SEA. These shows were originally planned for December 2020 and had to be postponed due to the positive test for COVID-19 of drummer Shinya.
The substitute shows will now take place on Saturday 27 March and Sunday 28 March. The performances will be held in compliance with the event guidelines announced by the government and as a further safety measure, a two-part structure will be put in place. The live streaming via streaming platform ZAIKO will also be postponed to the according to substitute dates, and tickets already purchased will remain valid. For those who haven’t gotten a ticket yet, they are able to buy a ticket at this very moment. The streaming will start on Saturday from 17.00 PM Japanese time (09.00 AM in The Netherlands and 08.00 in the United Kingdom) and Sunday from 16.00 PM Japanese time (08.00 AM in The Netherlands and 07.00 in the United Kingdom).
The live broadcast will be the first time in the history of the influential rock band. Due to the effects of COVID-19, the seating for the show has been reduced for safety but they have sold out, but the band decided to make a live broadcast available for fans who are unable to make it to the venue. This means that fans worldwide can enjoy these performances of the 30+-year-old rock band.
