London-based psych-rockers Bo Ningen have announced that their UK tour, that was planned for October, is rescheduled to 2021. The tour consisting of 11 shows through the United Kingdom was announced to promote their new album Sudden Fictions. The new tour dates are now planned for April 2021.
Tickets purchased for the old dates will be valid for the new dates, those who have bought a ticket will receive an email about the postponement of the tour. The ticket sale for the new dates has started.
Bo Ningen are a Japanese four-piece alternative rock band consisting of Taigen Kawabe (bass/vocals), Yuki Tsujii (guitar), Kohhei Matsuda (guitar) and Monchan Monna (drums). Though they come from Gumma, Tajimi, Nishinomiya, and Tokyo in Japan, they coalesced in London. Until now, they have three albums on their name. The band started in 2006, have toured the United Kingdom, the rest of Europe and Japan. In February, one of the members of Bo Ningen was in The Hague for a special performance with Damo Suzuki and band members of Kikagaku Moyo and Minami Deutsch. This special performance took place at Grauzone Festival. Sudden Fictions is the first new album in six years for Bo Ningen, the album was released on 26 June, by Alcopop! Records. The LP was recorded around the world in London, Tokyo, and Los Angeles in a constant search for inspiration.
The alternative rock band released their new digital single on the well-known streaming services, titled You Make A Mark Like A Calf Branding, earlier today.
