Missed the Q&A and special improvised performance of Kazuma during AnimeCon @ Home? The Japanese theatrical group uploaded the video in full on their YouTube channel.

In this video, you will see Roderick Leeuwenhart (Pindakaas en Sushi) interviewing Kazuma (dancer, martial artist, actor and choreographer) and will you be given more insight about Japone. During the live stream, viewers sent in their questions for Kazuma to answer through an improvised comedy performance.

Japone is a Japanese theatrical group that consists of seven internationally performing Japanese artists in The Netherlands, Germany and Japan. The theatrical shows that Japone presents contain many elements of beauty, drama, humour, projection art and original or remixed stories. Started out in 2016, the theatrical group has been performing at Abunai!, Kinjin Matsuri, at Seinwezen and at Patronaal in Haarlem. The group has not performed at AnimeCon before, so this is the first time that Japone will have an event on the biggest anime convention in The Netherlands.

Originally, J-POP Foundation’s AnimeCon Classic would take place in the first weekend of June. Since the classic edition got postponed and the regular edition of AnimeCon being planned for next year, it would mean that 2020 would be without AnimeCon. The organisation noticed the several online events that have been popping up due to the current situation around COVID-19 and decided to hop on this train with an edition of AnimeCon @ Home in the first weekend of June 2020
