While the activities of rock band ROOKiEZ is PUNK’D were suspended indefinitely in 2019, the band recently announced that they will hold a special live stream with all the band members on Sunday 14 June. The show will be a one night only performance at Kashiwa DOMe. To watch this special live stream, named we’ll be back for you, it is needed to buy a digital ticket of ¥1,000 (around € 8,00) to be able to view this performance. The stream will start at 21.00 PM (Japanese time), that will be 14.00 PM (CEST).

The band shared a message about this special live stream announcement: “It has been about a year since the suspension of our activities in 2019. The situation has changed completely because of the coronavirus, live events were cancelled and lots of the live houses were closing day by day. We see negative news every day we turn on the tv. We had an opportunity to talk with all the members of the band, during this unexpected situation, and we have an announcement for everyone who supports ROOKiEZ is PUNK’D. Because it’s difficult to enjoy music and entertainment recently with all our hearts, we’d like to give you some good news and fun to all ROOKiEZ fans from all over the world who continue to listen to the music of ROOKiEZ is PUNK’D and support each member. We have decided to have a live show on June 14th (Sunday) as ROOKiEZ is PUNK’D, for one night only.”

ROOKiEZ is PUNK’D consists of singer and guitarist SHiNNOSUKE, who also has been a fashion model for street brands Subciety and GoneR. The band furthermore consists of bassist RYOTA and drummer U. In 2018, they toured through Europe with their buddies SPYAIR and furthermore they released their second album The Sun Also Rises. In May 2019, they performed for the last time and the band stopped activities indefinitely. ROOKiEZ is PUNK’D released several opening theme songs for anime series, such as Durarara!! (デュラララ!), BLEACH, Blue Exorcist (青の祓魔師), and Yowamushi Pedal (弱虫ペダル).

This is a digital painting of the avatar of Vocaloid producer and songwriter Kikuo with colourful and flowing long hair and two red horns. The painting shows Kikuo in a movement where he moves his arms, making it look that he has several arms. The avatar seems to be mysterious with a quiet but expressive look. This painting has been used for the Kikuo World Tour 2024 – 2025 “Kikuoland-Go-Round” promotion.
