After the announcement of playing at Download Festival in the United Kingdom and Download Festival in Spain, heavy metal band LOVEBITES will perform at Graspop Metal Meeting. The festival added 13 more bands to the line-up of their 2019 edition, earlier today. The line-up for the 24th edition of the festival was pretty good filled with interesting names with headliners as KISS, Slipknot, Within Temptation, Slayer, Lamb of God, and Sabaton. The performance of LOVEBITES will take place on Saturday 22 June at the Red Bull Metal Dome. The Saturday tickets are sold out, but there is a possibility to get a combi-ticket.
With the performances of LOVEBITES at several festivals coming June, with shows show at Download Festival in the United Kingdom on 15 June, Graspop Metal Meeting on the 22nd and Download Festival Madrid on 29 June, it is expected that they will announce more shows at festivals or one-man shows.
Graspop Metal Meeting will take place from 21 until 23 June. The location of the festival is as always, on the Stenehei in Dessel. The metal festival started in 1996 and usually takes place in June. Originally Graspop wasn’t a heavy metal festival, but started out as a local family rock festival in 1986. But because of the many consisting family festivals, the number of visitors lacked in 1995. The direction of the festival changed and the rest is history.
