The metalcore band Earthists. (アーシスツ.) announced a European tour for this Summer. It will be the first time for the five-piece to tour Europe. The tour, organised by Anchor Agency, is planned for June and July, with headliner shows in France and Switzerland and a show at Dissonance Festival in Italy, where they will perform alongside White Chapel, Monuments, Polaris, and more. Alongside with the announcement of the tour, the band released their digital single, titled Purge Me.

Earthists. consists of vocalist Yui, guitar players Yuta and Yuto, bass player Shugo, and drummer Yuya. The band labels themselves as Naturecore, focusing on the importance of nature and overall existence. The roots of the bands are in Djent and Progressive Metalcore combined with jazz, fusion and ambient.
The band did perform quite a few times outside Japan, starting two years after they started activities in 2015. After several member changes, the current line-up is consistent since February 2017. In 2016, the band got a contract with Tragic Hero Records and have been the second Japanese band to be under this label, after Crossfaith. The band released a few albums, Dreamscape in 2017 and LIFEBINDER in 2018. Purge Me is their newest single. The music video of Purge Me got their premier on Alternative Press, earlier today.
