With a European tour in sight, starting coming February, BABYMETAL will not stay still after this tour and planned something for the Summer in Europe, namely a performance at Greenfield Festival in Switzerland.
Rock festival Greenfield Festival is scheduled for 11 to 13 June 2020 at the former military airbase of Interlaken and had announced the first bands today. Besides BABYMETAL, VOLBEAT, NIGHTWISH, Bring me the Horizon will also perform at this festival. A total of 19 names have been announced today.
Greenfield Festival started in 2005 for the first time and celebrated its 15th edition this year. Interesting to know is that this festival falls in the same period as other major European festivals such as Pinkpop, Rock Am Ring and Rock Im Park. It is also expected that this is not the only European festival announcement for BABYMETAL. The kawaii metal-outfit just released their third album, METAL GALAXY.
