After Ichiko Aoba’s last visit to Europe to promote her album Luminescent Creatures, the singer-songwriter will return to the continent in April as part of her Across The Oceans Tour, which is also a continuation of the nautical theme.
As the name of the tour implies, Ichiko Aoba will be visiting various countries on the other side of the globe during her Across the Oceans tour, with 12 countries during the European leg of her tour, among which she will be visiting: Finland, Poland, Hungary, Austria, and Sweden for the first time. The tour will kick off with Finland in March and end with a return to Iceland in April, which will be the first visit since her 2019 tour. After Europe, she will continue touring in North America, starting at the end of April, where she will visit several cities in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
While the folk singer celebrated her 15th anniversary on a few different occasions last year, the festivities were mainly focused in Japan. This year, fans who missed out can experience the concert too with the 15th Anniversary Concert live album that was released on the 28th of January. On this release, you can experience her musical journey accompanied by her trusty guitar, starting with 2010’s Kokoro no Sekai and ending with 2023’s Space Orphans.
