At the end of March, cyberpunk duo PSYDOLL will return to the United Kingdom for a new tour. During the Regeneration Tour 2025, PSYDOLL will play eight shows in March and April, starting in Glasgow and ending in London.

The summer of 1997 saw the formation of PSYDOLL, currently consisting of guitarist Ucchi and vocalist Nekoi. Nekoi is active in the manga industry and the duo shares their love for Japanese animation and sci-fi films. This made the inspiration for their industrial sound from the beginning. The band started with performances a year later and started touring outside Japan from 2001. The duo presents themselves as the newest in Japanese robotics and claims to be made of iron, plastic and PVC.

In PSYDOLL’s long career, you can also expect many releases, including the most recent release in October 2022, a collection of the duo’s previous releases that are not available anywhere and were never released on an album. These have been given a place on Modus Operandi Psydoll. A year before that, they released a mini-album of music that had been released in 1998 and just short of becoming lost media thanks to the duo’s diligent work of retrieving it from a very old hard disk. These songs were eventually given a new flavour to be more appropriate to PSYDOLL’s current sound. In April last year, they have released Cthulka Romantica, a mini-album with three new songs and a rerecorded song from the early PSYDOLL days. In addition, PSYDOLL recently shared the news that they are creating the theme song for Canadian indie film Punk Shark. The film will be released later this year.

PSYDOLL are not unknown in the United Kingdom, they have been performing in this country numerous times since 2003, with many tours under their belt. The last time the duo toured in the United Kingdom was last year, in 2024. In addition, they have also taken the stage in other European countries, including the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, Germany, and Austria.

PSYDOLL Regeneration Tour 2025 UK Dates

Friday 28 March, 2025: BLOC+ – Glasgow, United Kingdom
Saturday 29 March, 2025: The Fox & Newt – Leeds, United Kingdom
Sunday 30 March, 2025: Bannerman’s Bar – Edinburgh, United Kingdom
Monday 31 Monday, 2025: Trillians Rock Bar – Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom

Thursday 3 April, 2025: The Victoria – Birmingham, United Kingdom
Friday 4 April, 2025: The Firefly Beer Haus – Worcester, United Kingdom
Saturday 5 April, 2025: Aces & Eights – London, United Kingdom

During these shows, PSYDOLL shares the stage with several local acts. Each night there is at least one support act, and these change per show, providing a fresh and surprising line-up every night.
