Last year, instrumental math-rock band Paranoid Void celebrated their tenth anniversary with a European tour, but this December the trio will return to the United Kingdom to perform as special guests for the tour of Northern Irish instrumental rock band And So I Watch You from Afar and British math-rock band Delta Sleep. The tour consists of six shows and kicks off in Manchester on Friday 13 December.
Paranoid void’s music is characterised by a guitar sound with a soaring feeling and a rhythm phrase that constantly changes in expression. The Osaka-based band consists of MEGURI on guitar, YU-KI on bass, and MIPOW on drums. Since the band’s inception in 2013, they have released several singles, a mini-album, and two full albums. Last August saw the release of their latest single, will. The instrumental math rock band has been touring outside Japan sinds 2015, with shows in Malaysia (2015), Canada (2018), the United States (2020), United Kingdom (2022), Taiwan (2022), and Europe (2023).
