LOTTE – Koala no March Oyatsu Kingdom – Elaborate
Price: ± €8
Extra supplies: Cup, Knife and Cutting Board.
These adorable Koala no March cookies are once again the star of a candy kit. With this one you can create a whole playground for these cookie koala’s, including: a slide, a seesaw, a carriage and a lounging seat with a parasol. It is purely a construction set, in which you cut the parts to the right size, glue them together with chocolate and put together the cardboard pieces. This kit includes three small packets of Ghana chocolate, one packet of Toppo sticks, one packet of Koala no March cookies, cardboard designs and instructions.
Flavour: ♥♥♥
The milk chocolate had a slight bitterness to it, almost a coffee flavour. It had a creamy texture and the pieces are pretty thin, which I usually prefer over a thick piece of chocolate.
It’s no secret, after my previous review, that I am a fan of Koala no March cookies. The crunchy thin cookie and chocolate filling compliment the Toppo sticks and chocolate very well. Especially since the Toppo itself also has a chocolate filling and a crunchy cookie outer shell.
Overall I really enjoyed this kit and if you are a chocolate fan, I am sure you will too.
Time needed: ⧗
This is not a time consuming kit, the steps are easy and it doesn’t take long before you’re ready to eat these tasty treats.
Difficulty level: ★
Certainly an easy kit to make, as long as you follow the instructions it shouldn’t be too hard to construct the pieces as they’re supposed to be.
Similarity: 📷📷📷
As you can see on the pictures below, the final product looks pretty similar to the picture on the packaging. Cutting the Toppo sticks neatly can be a challenge, same for neatly attaching the pieces to one another with the melted chocolate.
TIP: Look at the measuring stick on the right side of the instruction leaflet. It helps you cut the Toppo to the right size.
Want to enjoy this kit again?
If you want to remake this kit, once you’ve finished eating, make sure to keep the cardboard pieces. Purchase some new Ghana chocolate, Koala no March cookies and Toppo sticks and follow the instructions to recreate them again, exactly as they were. You could also switch things up by using pocky or other candies instead.
This is not a sponsored review and because of this we won’t mention where this set was bought, search online using the name of this candy kit and you should be able to find it.
