With Christmas and the start of the new year behind us, it is time to look forward to the next celebration. For some an important celebration, for others something to ignore, Valentine’s Day. Although this year, you have to move the date from the 14th to the 20th of February, because Miku, known as the vocalist in bands as An Cafe and Lc5, will make some time for his fans for a special online international fan meeting on that specific day.
This is Miku’s first online international fan meeting that caters to his and fans of An Cafe and Lc5, and this event is organised by Toybox Projects, a Japanese-Malaysian company based in Kuala Lumpur. This fan meeting is specially organised for the fans outside Japan so that there is an opportunity for them to have a memorable experience with the still popular musician. Miku shared on Twitter that Japanese fans can also join, as it is also for them difficult to meet Miku during the pandemic. Toybox Project added that they hope that the event will provide fans with a sense of solace and comfort in these difficult times. The event will be conducted in both English and Japanese.
The fan meeting will take place on ZOOM, at 15.00 Malaysia Time, which means a breakfast meeting for those living in Europe. (To be exact: 8.00 in the Netherlands and 07.00 in the United Kingdom) There will be also a possibility to have an exclusive 1-on-1 session with Miku if you buy a VIP ticket. VIP ticket holders will get to meet and speak to Miku as well as have a 1-on-1 photo session with him. Additionally, VIPs will also receive a special memorabilia Valentine wallpaper. There are also standard tickets if you only want to join the fan meeting. More information can be found on the website of Toybox Projects.
