Indie-pop/shoegaze band Taffy announced a tour through the United Kingdom for July. This announcement was in addition of the comeback single She & She and the notice of the forthcoming LP Deep Dark Creep Love for July.
Taffy started out in 2011, the band is being described as Art Punk, 90’s UK rock, and Britpop and received a lot of attention from the United Kingdom from the start. The band released a couple of albums and an EP, albums Caramel Sunset in 2011, Lixiviate in 2013, PLUS+++ in 2014, the EP Darkle in 2015 and the album Nyctophilia in 2017. In between these releases, the band toured the United Kingdom, but also performed in the mainland of Europe. Taffy’s current lineup now features Takeshi on bass guitar, and Nao on guitar; alongside Iris on vocals and Ken on drums. Fifth album Deep Dark Creep Love will be released by the British indie label Club AC30 on 5 July 2019.
