After various announcements of performances at festivals and rumours here and there, BABYMETAL finally announced that they will tour the world this year. The tour will take the band to the United States in May and Europe in June.
The tour dates in Europe are mostly on festivals, with a few headliner shows in Austria and The Netherlands.
It is the first tour after the passing of Fujioka Mikio, better known as Go-Kami of the KAMIBAND, the back band of BABYMETAL. He fell from a high observation deck while stargazing, and was severely injured. He passed away on January 5, 2018 as a result of this injuries.
