Haar muziek is een combinatie van synthpop, triphop en new age.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>De Europese tour start op het Minimal Music Festival in Amsterdam, waar Sapphire Slows een liveset uitvoert van 20.30 uur tot middernacht in het Muziekgebouw tijdens het evenement <a href=\"https:\/\/www.muziekgebouw.nl\/agenda\/8082\/Dreaming_the_Dreamhouse\/Kate_NV_Sapphire_Slows_live_Garland_e_a_\/?gclid=Cj0KCQjwhPfkBRD0ARIsAAcYycHvm6cWkQVuHUSFqF5HBRyVbBr2qnl33EGV9_eXoV6N-kg9pJ0WElIaAgjxEALw_wcB\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Dreaming the Dreamhouse<\/em><\/a>. Tijdens die avond zullen er meer optredens zijn, zoals Kate NV uit Rusland, die Japanse new wave combineert met elektronica, Garland, een uitvoering van de mbira-spelers van de Zonke Family, die ze voor het eerst in Nederland zullen spelen. Na het brutale ontwaken van de aardbevingen in 2011 in Japan, werd ze gemotiveerd om een carri\u00e8re in de muziek na te streven. Nu een opmerkelijke naam in de elektronische underground muziekscene in Tokio, tourde ze door Noord-Amerika, Europa, China en haar thuisland en bracht ze uit op labels als Japan&#8217;s Big Love en Not Not Fun\/100% Silk uit Los Angeles.
