The result is that they undergo a process of innovation and style changes, making them difficult to label. Although they have been pigeonholed in a certain music genres over the years, the trio wants nothing to do with it.<\/p>\n<p>Since forming in 2006, the trio has released several albums, the most recent of which, <em>Tracks<\/em>, came out in 2023. The trio has also collaborated with Ryuichi Sakamoto, poet Gozo Yoshimasu, and the Contact Gonzo collective, among others, and has composed music for live performances, theatre plays, fashion shows, and exhibitions. In 2016, the band opened their own studio and concert venue, Soto, in Kyoto, in order to hear music they had never heard before.
