A year ago, we published an article about Esprit D’Air’s ambitious plans for 2025. We concluded that it promised to be an exciting year, starting with an extensive European headline tour and three new albums: Seasons<\/em>, the live album Live in Barcelona<\/em> and Aeons<\/em>. The European tour is done and dusted (our live report can be read here<\/a>), and the first two releases are out. You would almost think that the self-produced metal band now mainly needs time to focus on completing Aeons<\/em>, which will be released on 24 October, but such a release must, of course, be celebrated. And what better way to do that than with a tour?<\/p>\n

This week, Esprit D’Air announced an album launch tour for their upcoming album Aeons<\/em>, a tour in November and February with performances in the United Kingdom and Ireland, billed as a \u201cgrassroots tour\u201d. During the tour, Esprit D’Air will present a double set every night, consisting of new songs from Aeons<\/em>, fan favourites from previous albums, and a few songs that have never been performed live before.<\/p>\n

According to Esprit D’Air, the tour is focused on reconnecting. The alternative metal band says they have missed the raw energy and intimacy of smaller venues. During their last European tour, they played venues with a capacity of 700 to 1,500 people. For this tour, the four-piece wants to go back to their roots: performing at smaller, independent music venues. Not only because that’s where it all started, but also to show how important these places are and that they deserve to exist. In addition, the band is keeping tickets at the price of \u00a320\/\u20ac23 because they believe that live music should still be accessible. In other words, a tour with a message.<\/p>\n

The tour kicks off on 11 November in Manchester, with a trip to Spain on 18 November, and ends with two shows in London. During the last European tour, Esprit D’Air was unable to perform in Barcelona due to a power outage. A new date was quickly announced to make up for the show, so it did not have to be cancelled. In February 2026, the tour will continue with a show in Ireland and a show in Northern Ireland.<\/p>\n
