The tour consists of 13 shows at the time of writing, with the mention that more shows are being added. In addition to the many shows in Germany, the three-piece will also perform in the United Kingdom, Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland, Denmark, and Sweden.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Maya Ongaku (stylised as maya ongaku) can be best described as a collective or contemporary music ensemble, consisting of local musicians from the coastal communities around Enoshima, 50 kilometres southwest of the metropolis Tokyo. The origin of the band, currently a trio consisting of Tsutomu Sonoda, Ryota Takano and Shoei Ikeda, can be found in a vintage shop called Ace General Store, where between chats, putting together the vinyl section and manning the cash register, the musicians also find time to jam sessions and record music in the studio that can also be found there.<\/p>\n<p>In the spring of 2023, the Japanese band released their first album <em>Approach to Anima<\/em>, via Guruguru Brain. This release got followed up by an EP in August last year, titled <em>Electronic Phantoms<\/em>.
