After a busy year with festivals and tours<\/a> singer-songwriter Ichiko Aoba is gearing up for the release of a new album called Luminescent Creatures<\/a><\/em> and a tour<\/a> to celebrate its release that will pass by various countries\/states in Asia, Europe and North America. The tour will start on the 24th of February in Hong Kong and end on the 22nd of May with a final show in Mexico city.<\/p>\n

Since Ichiko Aoba left Europe after her concert in Germany last September, she has slowly brought her fans in the mood for Luminescent Creatures<\/em>, her upcoming album, with the release Lucif\u00e8rine<\/em>, a song reminiscent of a fantastical fairy tale, on the 12th of November and FLAG<\/em>, a track with a mysterious nostalgic sound, on the 12th of December.\u00a0Luminescent Creatures<\/em> came to life as a spiritual successor to the story told in her 2020 album Windswept Adan<\/em> and was not only inspired by the beauty of the sea<\/a> and all life that can be found within but also the terrifying depths that can swallow up a person. That awe-inducing contrast provided a lot of inspiration for the dreamy vistas that will be explored on the album.<\/p>\n
