Good news for European fans of singer-songwriter, poetry rapper and producer Haru Nemuri. After a tour of the UK and Ireland last May and June, which did not quite go as planned, she will return to Europe for a number of performances at summer festivals. This summer festival tour will conclude at Summer Sonic in Japan.

Haru Nemuri’s very first album was released in 2018, \u6625\u3068\u4fee\u7f85 (Haru to Shura<\/em>)<\/a>\u00a0which garnered her quite a bit of international attention. This was followed up a year later with quite a few performances outside Japan, from Malaysia to even the\u00a0Netherlands<\/a>, from festival shows to sold-out club shows.\u00a0In 2020, Haru Nemuri completed her album\u00a0LOVETHEISM<\/em><\/a>, which again garnered a lot of praise.<\/p>\n This was followed up in 2021 with a handful of new songs, and she was part of SXSW Online and Live on KEXP. In March 2022, it was finally time for Haru Nemuri to tour North America after the tour had to be postponed once before due to the pandemic. This tour was a great success. At SXSW, she was invited to join Pussy Riot on stage as a guest vocalist. In April that year, the album \u6625\u706b\u71ce\u539f (Shunka Ryougen<\/em>) was released, featuring 21 songs. It looks like this album was also well-received by international audiences. She recently concluded her Shunka Ryougen<\/em> tour in Japan with a show at Ebisu Liquidroom that was even broadcast live<\/a> on the musician’s own YouTube channel for fans who could not attend.<\/p>\n
