Following the tradition of past years, ALLVERSE WEEKENDS will also take place this year. The first weekend will kick off on 26 May, with an opening ceremony in VRChat followed up with a screening and streaming of VTV World at the US convention Animazement and on the convention’s Twitch channel<\/a>. The second weekend will continue ALLVERSE WEEKENDS with Vtuber Rock Fes.IV from 2 June to 4 June, giving virtual rock musicians the chance to rock the virtual world.<\/p>\n

The ALLVERSE project is an idea that was born when it was discovered that there were not yet many opportunities for virtual artists to put themselves out there and make a name for themselves. Over the past few years, they have worked hard to give virtual its own place through various side projects. Besides having ALLVERSE WEEKENDS, the beauty of virtual music is also promoted through regular broadcasts of VTV JAPAN, virtual TV, to give the spotlight to virtual music, new releases and where musicians are interviewed so that the public can become better acquainted with the musicians. There have now been more than 70 broadcasts of VTV Japan.<\/p>\n

The English-language version of this programme is called VTV World, which is the programme that is actually touring (virtually) and will soon get the spotlight during Animazement. In the past, an edition of ALLVERSE WEEKENDS with VTV World also took place during AnimeCon and the virtual convention AnimeCon @ Home, allowing interested parties to get to know the talents active as virtual musicians, from Vsingers and virtual bands mainly from the Japanese indie music scene. Furthermore, other events are also regularly organised where a stage is given to virtual musicians, such as VSonic Festival (vsoni) and spin-off event Vtuber Rock Fes (V69). With projects like these, connections can be made for virtual artists to the world and the metaverse, the virtual world. The recordings for VTV World have already taken place on Sunday 14 May with 15+ performances at the grand ALLVERSE LOYALL ARENA in VRChat, the result of these performances will be seen during Animazement. The artists featured on the big virtual stage who will be introducing themselves through VTV World at Animazement are a diversity of talents, some having participated before at a previous event covered under ALLVERSE. Just to list all the performers<\/a>: AMOKA, YSS, \u5915\u6708\u30c6\u30a3\u30a2 (Yuudutsu Tear), B\u03a3retta Crossrain, \u304a\u304d\u3085\u305f\u3093bot (OcutanBot), \u8b66\u6212\u30d6\u30ed\u30aa\u30c9\u30ad\u30e3\u30b9\u30c8CHERRY (Keikai Broadcast CHERRY), \u304a\u306f\u3088\u3046\u771f\u591c\u4e2d (Ohayou Mayonaka), \u674f\u4ec1\u3057\u305a\u304f (AnninShizuku), \u9b54\u6cd5\u5c11\u5973\u30b7\u30e5\u30cd\u30fc (Mahou Shoujo Schnee), \u771f\u7dbf\u30b9\u30d4\u30ab (Mawata Spica), \u30b3\u30c8\u30ea\u30eb (Kotoriru), \u6f6e\u6210\u5b9f (Narumi Ushio), \u732b\u65e5\u548c\u304d\u3083\u308a\u3053 (Nekobiyori Calico), and mokz. Singer-songwriter loy and bilingual vocalist Lily Kanon, the organisers and also presenters of the event also have performed on stage.<\/p>\n

Keep in mind that the times mentioned in the flyer above are Japanese times, for Europeans the first part of VTV World will be in the early morning of Saturday 27 May and the second part in the afternoon on Sunday 28 May.
